CERRITOS, CA – Experience Cher’s greatest hits performed live! Singer-actress Lisa McClowry portrays the icon in a high-energy international touring Broadway-style show at the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts (CCPA) on Saturday, March 23, 8:00 PM. Tickets start at $44.
Expect to hear the “Goddess of Pop’s” hits spanning more than six decades in THE BEAT GOES ON STARRING LISA McCLOWRY AS CHER. The night is a thrilling showcase of the legend’s biggest gems, including I Got You Babe, I Found Someone, If I Could Turn Back Time, and the Grammy-winning song Believe. A live band, LED walls, videos, and multiple costume changes kick things up a notch for the full Cher experience.
McClowry has been praised for her uncanny embodiment of the Grammy winner from her singing and speaking voice to the walk, the talk, the costumes, the makeup, and the mannerisms.
With more than 30 years in the entertainment industry, McClowry has worked on 25 music albums and has starred in multiple theatrical productions, movies, and commercials.
Her original single I Will Love You Forever was a collaboration with Carl Giammarese of The Buckinghams.
McClowry was recently crowned “Tribute Artist of the Year” from the Josie Music Awards (the world’s largest international independent artists awards ceremony) for her portrayal of Cher.
