CCPA Presents Disney Pixar’s Coco Live-to-Film Concert on Mon., November 13, 6:00 PM

CERRITOS, CA – Sit back and enjoy DISNEY PIXAR’S COCO LIVE-TO-FILM CONCERT at the Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts (CCPA) on Monday, November 13, 6:00 PM. Tickets start at $29. The VIP package, which includes premium seating and a Coco gift pack, is $144 for this family-fun event. It is available on a limited basis.

The evening includes a screening of the complete film with Oscar- and Grammy-winning composer Michael Giacchino’s musical score performed by a 20-member ensemble Orquesta Folclórica Nacional de México. In addition to the original score by Giacchino, also featured is the Oscar-winning song Remember Me by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, and additional songs co-written by Germaine Franco and co-director-screenwriter Adrian Molina.

The movie’s centers around Miguel, who dreams of becoming an accomplished musician like his idol, Ernesto de la Cruz. Despite his family’s baffling generations-old ban on music, Miguel is determined to prove his talent, finding himself in the stunning and colorful Land of the Dead following a mysterious chain of events. Along the way, he meets charming trickster Héctor and together they set off on an extraordinary journey to unlock the real story behind Miguel’s family history.
